Groupwise 7.0.3 reply/forward issue

I just tried that and sure enough the reply feature works just fine. Looks like it's the local install or feature not turned on. Too bad the re-install didn't fix that. Maybe I'll try a complete uninstall then reinstall and see if that works. Anymore suggestions please let me know. Thanks.

I'd check out to see if somehow the new mailbox was seeing things in HTML or plaintext. Could be if its HTML that the message is actually there, but she just can't see it.
