Groupwise 7.0.3 reply/forward issue

I was hoping someone could help with an issue one of my users is having. She recently received a new imaged PC with GroupWise 7.0.3 (Windows XP SP2) just like all of our other users. She noticed that whenever she replies or forwards an email the original message is not included. I have verified that when replying she makes sure the "include message received from sender" is checked. All of her other GroupWise options appear to be the same as the other users I compared her too also.
All of the other users with this same image do not have this problem and I even reinstalled GroupWise on her PC hoping that if a file became corrupt it would fix that, but unfortuantely the issue was still there afterwards.
I did try logging her into the webmail interface and the reply function does include the original message so I'm not sure if this may be an issue with her account still or the local GroupWise app on her PC.
If anyone has any suggestions I would be greatful to hear them. Thanks!
