Attachment Problem
Environment:
NetWare 6.5 SP7 Servers
GroupWise 7.02 Agents and clients.
Two different customers (now).
Desktop OS: Windows XP Pro SP2
I am seeing a sporadic issue with e-mails that have pictures included as
attachments, or embedded in the message. It does not effect all users and I
am at a loss.
Several instances of receiving a message (from outside) that contain .JPG
attachments. When the GroupWise user attempts to view the pictures, they
are all the same. I was able to see that the pictures were different on one
computer by preparing to forward the message, and then viewing the pictures,
but this only worked if the pictures were embedded in the message.
When I had the messages CC'ed to my outside address, the pictures came
through fine.
Is this a known problem (with a known solution maybe)?
