Missing 3rd Party Fwd Emails in Archive

Hi,

I'm currently using GW 7.0.3 on NW 6.5 SP7 on our mail servers. The client machines are using GWClient 7.0.3 build 1068. I haven't found a pattern yet, but we are missing good portion of email that was forwarded from a 3rd party to someone else that has been archived. To clarify, Bob emailed Jake. Jake then forwarded Bob's email to Jeremy. Here is how the messages look in the client.

A message is found in the Archive that contains a forwarded message from a 3rd party:

Here are the contents of that message. Notice the envelope in the lower left-hand corner does not have a caption under it:

Open the 3rd party forwarded message (without a caption on the envelope) and you get the following:

Has anyone seen this type of behavior before? Let me know if you need any further information. Thank you in advance.
