GroupWise address book issue

Did you every find an answer to this? I have the exact same problem using Groupwise 6.5.7.

Upgrading to a newer version is not an option for me at this time.

I found something I am going to try. TID 7002940 sounds familiar. I am going to do some testing, as the users who are having this issue are in a more restricted environment than the one that some other users have.
