GroupWise address book issue

I have a user who maintains a shared address book. When she goes into the book and creates a group, she is able to add users to the group initially. However, after that, if she tries to edit the book, the changes will not save. She found a work around of dragging and dropping a user into the book, but that is just that, a work around. I have run checks on her account, moved it to another post office, and looked at the account itself. Nothing has presented itself as the issue.

Does anyone have any suggestions on why this is happening and how I can resolve the issue?
