Clock Issue On Groupwise 7.03 for Mac

I'm running Groupwise 7.03 for Mac on my intel Macbook Pro.

I switched the clock from 12h time to 24h time and now my calendar starts at 1pm instead of 9am. My 9am appoints show as starting at 1pm instead.

Any idea what could have triggered this or how to fix it? Ive reinstalled a few times to no luck.
