Un-Archive Issue!

I have a user running the Groupwise 7.0.3 client, not a particularly huge
mailbox or archive. However she has five messages (from three different
users) in her Mailbox archive that she cannot un-archive. You right-click on
the mail and de-select the "Move to Archive" tick but the message just stays
where it is.
No error messages or anything, the message just doesn't move back to
"Online". I can delete the message (then un-delete it of course) and can
move it into another folder. I have tried un-archiving once I have moved it
into the "other" folder but still the message just stays where it is. You
can open and read the message, again without any error messages.
I ran an "analyze/fix" on both her archive and live account but this has not
resolved the problem.
Any ideas?
