Stuck caching mode
Hi,
Sometimes a few of my users (with bad Internet connections) will get their caching client stuck. The sent items will have the red flags next to the items that aren't sent. The only way to clear it is to delete the files in the wpcsin, wpcsout, wpgwrecev, and wpgwsend folders. I assume it's because the server is waiting for a reply from the client.
Is there a way to clear this problem on the server side? In the old Async gateway, there was an option in NWAdmin to delete the pending files when users were cut off. Is there something similar for caching mode on the server side?
