Yes. Typically that is working correctly, it's just you've chosen an
authentication method and they arne't talking to each other.

Create a new po as a test and a test user and a test POA. Bet it won't
happen there.

We didn't get that far. Once I got to the customer site I realized that they got a password prompt as soon as their desktop was drawn, then again when they tried to start up the GW Client. I quickly realized that the first one was Notify, but I'm a little puzzled why they credentials weren't being carried to the Client.
I had him remove and re-install the client and the problem went away. I'm really not sure, though, why it has started to become a problem on a couple handfulls of users.
