Retract recurring appointment
We are still on GW702HP build 562, upgrade to GW is on the calendar for Q1 2010.
One of our clients has a problem with retraction of recurring appointments. With the retraction of some recurring appointment she sends to other people, she does not get the box where she can enter the reason of retraction. Also, she does not get the question to delete the appointment from the members calendar.
It seems that she is no longer the owner of the appointment. This happens with appointments older than, let;s say, a month and not in every occasion.
Is this fixed when upgrading to GW8 or is there a patch?
