How do you access someone else's Remote mailbox?

We're on GW 7.0.3 HP3, on Win XP SP3.

We have a user who left the agency. She has a remote mailbox on her laptop. Her boss wants full proxy (got it) archives (got them), and access to her remote mailbox.

Has anyone ever done this? I can't find anything on the Novell KB, though it's not that easy to search for.

Any ideas appreciated.
