I have Groupwise 7.02hp installed on my server with
OES Netware 6.5 SP6.
Just within the last few days I have had a few people tell me that their trash is no emptying on the Online or Webaccess side. Now most of my clients in the district are caching mode.
They say when they are off campus and need to access their email it shows that the deleted emails are there.
I have run most of the checks I can think of and synching everything I can and still no effect. It is even happening to me. I even rebooted the server, nothing. I have found previous issued of this before but there were no solid answers as to what it could be.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know the email is working correctly for now, but.... if this continues it could cause the server to crash where it is not deleting the emails properly.
Like I sait the client cache mode deletes them fine but if I delete them in Online mode or WebAccess mode they will no be removed.
Is this a known problem and a patch to help fix it? Or do I just need to buy more antacids and try everything I can as close to rebuilding the server as possible.
