can't restore archive

Hi

We have GW 7.03 (both server and client). One of the user was trying to
move an archived email back to GroupWise live mailbox. He was able to
open the email in archive. However, when he tried to move it back to
live mailbox, he got "no data file" error. Is there any way to fix/work
around this? (Note: not every archived email giving error)
