Intermittent - poxy, d124 acess to user denied
Some users report intermittent D124 error "access to user denied" when proxy'd in to an account and trying to send a message just composed.
They have full proxy rights. Highly intermittent, but highly visible users.
7.0.3 HP3 backend, 7.0.3 hp1 windows client (things move slowly here)
