Forward as attachment
I have a user that forward mail using a rule out to hotmail or yahoo. Then
they pick up their yahoo or hotmail on their smartphone. This was working
up to a month ago. I informed the user that there had been no changes in
the GroupWise system. When the user went to her phone support and hotmail
or yahoo she was told that it was probably because GroupWise is forwarding
as an attachment. In thinking about this I checked for an the otion in the
rules section to forward or forward as an attachment. There is not one
there like there is one in the main client when choosing forward. Could it
be that the client is remebering how something was forwarded last (ie: as
attachment) and the rule changes because of this??
