Relay settings

Since our upgrade to GW7, IPs in the relay exceptions list seem te be
ignored.
We have "Prevent message relaying" on and some IPs in "Exeptions" where
from is the IP address and to "*".
That used to work with 6.5.

Any ideas how to fix this?
