Resource email address reply to uses long form address

I created a groupwise resource for the public to send inquiries too. inquiries@mydomain.com

When we reply to this email it replies with the full groupwise domain name
inquiries.PO.GWdomain@mydomain.com .

If the user replies to our reply they will see this email address instead of the original inquiries@mydomain.com

Is there a way to get GW Resources to send email replies from inquiries@mydomain.com instead of inquiries.PO.GWdomain@mydomain.com
