420 error to one Host

Hello all,

I've read through many posts and TIDs on this and I have yet to find a solution for us. We are running 7.03 with the newest hotfix on Sles 10 with oes2. We have contacted the people on their side and they have no problems.
If i telnet over 25 to them from the box There is response is slow and sometimes never comes up. If i do it from my workstation no problem.

We took an ethereal capture and it shows that the gwia is just never getting a response back from this server. There are no other sites we are having problems with. We have upped the number of threads. They are using an exim email server. We have open the firewall to allow groupwise out on all ports and services.

I appreciate any ideas even if this is an old topic.
