Default Dbcopy and Cron on OES Linux

Hello I was looking through the GroupWise for Linux documentation and I
saw a line that caught my eyes,

"You might find it helpful to set up a cron job to run DBCopy regularly at
a time of day when your system is not busy."

Could anyone help me in how I would set this up? I have OES sp2 and GW 7
sp2. I have ran the Dbcopy utility by itself and it does backup to the
location that I ask it to do so. But I would really like to know how this
cron job could be setup. Thanks in advance,

DS
