GroupWise Error [d057]

Hello,

I'm testing restores on GroupWise 7, SP3 hp1. I've setup a restore area, made a user a member and granted that user trustee rights to the restore area.

When I select "open backup" from the GroupWise client I get the following error:

GroupWise Error [d057]
TCPIP default failed, nothing else tried

I then click OK to this message, then I get:

GroupWise Restore Path
Restore from \\server\pathToRestoreDir

I click OK and my backup opens and I am successfully able to restore items.

I don't believe that I have seen these symtoms before. According to the knowlegebase it appears the client may be trying to connect to the defaults initially (NGWNAMESERVER and NGWNAMESERVER2) which I've never had configured. It seems to pull the correct path and I am able to recover items.

Server is NetWare 6.5, SP7.

Is this something I should be worried about?
