The GroupWise Information for this Object does not exist
I have a client who is experiencing an issue that has me a little puzzled.
They're running GroupWise 7.01 on a NetWare 6.5 Cluster and have been doing so for a couple of years without any major problems.
Just recently when an internal message was sent to a particular user, the sender got a reply back saying the message was undeliverable "User not on post office. Error = D101."
When you try and check the user Edir or GW object properties with ConsoleOne, you get a dialogue box saying "The GroupWise information for this object does not exist. A possible cause is that replication is still in progress."
When the properties open it is minus the GW tab
There are no replication processes running and only this user appears affected. I've validated the domain DB and it finds no errors.
If I attempt to run a maintenance task on the users mailbox it shuts down ConsoleOne.
Any suggestions what to do next please?
