Distribution Lists

Thanks, I will have about 30 of these lists at the finish, one for each course at the colloge and one for each year. thats why I need a central area to store them.

I could try pulling the data from the address books already stored there but they are lacking in detail so I am being supplied with csv files to create the address/distribution lists.

For a better understanding... These lists contain external addresses or are they supposed to group up internal user lists?
