"Alias" account to automatically route emails

I would like to achieve the following, without creating a forwarding rule since forwarding embeds the message like an attachment.

Example:

all email to address "info@domain.com" gets rerouted to the following 2 users:
joe@domain.com
mary@domain.com

These 2 users receive the mail originally sent to "info" but it is not "forwarded" in the usual sense. The received emails appear to the users as if they were sent directly to them.

The "alias" feature in Groupwise does something different, I know. Is there an easy solution to this? Thanks.
