Adding mobile #s to synch with Blackberry

I've discovered with Imanager that you can add the mobile phone # when you edit a user User Profile -> User Info. I defined Admin Defined field 2 Groupwise ->System Ops->Admin Defined fields as 'mobile'. Now when I add the mobile phone# from iManager I see it populated in the groupwise domain view of users under Admin Defined 2 field.

Now how do I get this value to show up when my blackberry users do a Lookup for this user. It shows the work # but doesn't show the mobile #. When I add the user it doesn't populate mobile.
