For GW Client, this is a user specific setting. The user opens the
Address Book and selects "View - Name Format..." option and set as
desired. I think this flows to WEB Access, but there may be a timing
issue before the change takes effect. Give it a try. You may need to
open ConsoleOne and "Syncronize" the user and PO system to force the
change to show on WEB Access.
