Groupwise Webaccess

Hello,
We run Netware 6.5 SP 7 and GW 7.0.2. I wonder how to change the default search order for email from FIRST NAME into LAST NAME. Now when users access Web access, they need to type in FIRST name for groupwise auto-fill-out. How do I change the search order so that they could type the LAST name instead?
