Contents check

Hi, my nightly contents check on one of my PO's is now taking 14 hrs to complete....should I only run one at the weekend or is it best practice to run one every day.

The PO has 500 mailbox's and the size of the PO directory is 65gb

I have 7.0.3 GroupWise installed.
