External Post Office shows up as No Address in GWmonitor

I am trying to utilize GWmonitor to test the performance of my GroupWise system. In the documentation it says I need to setup and external domain and external post office and external user to be able to run the performance testing.

When I setup the external post office the GWmonitor status for my external post office reports it's status as No address for the POA. Am I missing something simple.
