SNMP in Linux agents

Is SNMP just never going to work for GW7 Linux agents?

SNMP is enabled in C1 for my 7.0.3 agents, but logs and web-con show that SNMP is disabled.

Note also that when snmpd loads, I get the following error in /var/log/net-snmp.log :

GWSNMP/XPLAT: NxpHttpServerStart returned error: 35081

Any idea what that's supposed to mean?


Also, someone else reported that SNMP support in Linux agents is still broken in GW8... is this still the case?

(I know, I should test, but I thought I'd ask first...)
