Groupwise Monitor object missing

I have most parts of Groupwise monitor working, but I couldn't find the Groupwise Monitor object in C1 to set up the logging.

Also, the Performance Testing doesn't seem to be working. I have email being sent to the external user in the external domain/po that I created per the instructions, but the email is pending and isn't being delivered.

Can someone provide insight in to what may be missing?
