MTA - message pending
Hello Community
A user reported they never received an Internet email. Using message tracking within the MTA, I entered the message ID, then a result of PENDING was returned. I ran maintenance on the user's account and updated their mailbox disk space totals. This email came in last Thursday (Aug 27) and still hasn't showed up in the users mailbox and still says 'PENDING' when I tracked it again. I included the message tracking info below. Where/how can I locate where this message is stuck and subsequently how do I release it - if possible? Queues came up empty. Any info or resolution would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
