Default Servlet webacc is currently unavailable.

Hi.
I am running GroupWise 7 on a NetWare 6.5 server. I recently updated to
GroupWise 7.1. Since then I cannot get connected to the webaccess page.
If I open the server home page, I have 2 broken icons, but do have the
GroupWise WecAccess language choicebox. When I hit "go" I then get the
following:
HTTP Status 503 - Servlet webacc is currently unavailable

I have removed and reinstalled WebAccess multiple times using
TID#10099357 as a reference, and I do see the WebAccess services coming
available when Tomcat is loaded.

I do not know where to go from here to troubleshoot this problem. Can
someone please point me in the right direction?
