Domain database sync problem
Account changes made on the post office domain are not syncing with the Web Access domain. Users can login on the GW client (version 7.0.3) but cannot login to GW Web Access (version 7.0.3). After I do a "Rebuild Database" on the GW Web Access domain, user is able to login through the GroupWise WebAccess page. This problem occurs when a new GW account is created. We have 2 Post Offices and both are on a Novell Netware 6.5 w/ SP6 cluster.
Any information to troubleshoot and eliminate this recurring problem is much appreciated. Thank you.
