can't view items in inbox after 8/6

This is a little late however what was explained to me was that the 5000 Mailbox message limit was a 'general' limit and that overall message size plays a role in it as well. So, you could see more than 5000 messages through webaccess or less than 5000 messages depending on the overall size of the messages. That's as much of an explanation that I was able to get. As far as what was said in a previous post regarding the Trash, I guess the trash folder is somehow 'linked' to the Mailbox folder so one affects the other.

Does anyone else have any more updated information?
