Default Server error! Error 500

Hi Everybody,

We have a Netware 6.5 sp5 with Groupwise 7 installed. We have installed Webaccess also on it. My users who access the Webaccess from remote areas complain that they often cannot login since the Server Error page appears with Error 500. When I restart the server things are fine once again, but after few hours Webaccess still gives them the server error message. I have tried unloading and reloading GWINTER, GWDVA. still things are not better. There is no visible error messages coming on the server or Webaccess Console, except for when I try to unload gwdva.nlm it says "Could not release the module", afterwhile it releases the module. I have then tried to reload the apache and tomcat thinking that these have something to do with the problem. But still no changes. If I restart the server, things work for a while and after few hours they dont give the login page for Groupwise 7. the same server Error page which says :

Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there was an error in a CGI script.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Apache/2.0.49a (NETWARE) mod_jk/1.2.6-dev

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is our external IP address and is also a link which returns back to the Apache page that says :

If you can see this, it means that the installation of the Apache web server software on this system was successful. You may now add content to this directory and replace this page.

[logo] Powered by Apache

If the Apache page has come, I believe that Apache is working, then what should be the problem.

Please help with proper steps as I am not very familiar with Novell.
