Duplicate emails in WebAccess

Hey All,

Got a weird thing happening here.

System:

OESNW running GW 703 hp3

Problem:

I have one user who, when he logs in to webaccess, sees duplicate emails from some, not all senders. It doesn't happen consistently to the same senders either.

We tried deleting the duplicates, but it deletes the other as well.

The duplicates don't show up using the client and a GWCheck fixed up some issues with his mailbox, but now shows no problems found.

Has anyone seen this before/got a clue why this could be occurring in WebAccess?
