503 cannot access Webaccess

I have a Novell 6.5 sp6 with Novell Groupwise 7.0.3 on a new dell server. Groupwise in general works fine, but lately now that there is more users using the Webaccess it stops working and gives a 503 error, I unload tomcat4, java and ldap. I load them back and it comes back up. I tend to thing it is either a leaky nlm consuming all the memory or that java itself is consuming all the memory, who knows. I works sometimes for 50 days and sometimes a couple of days..
