DS reinstall then Error 503 on webaccess

I am getting this error on webaccess. Here is what happen to me. On my groupwise 7 netware 6.5 sp8 box I had the directory services crash. I had to remove ds from the groupwise machine then remove all references to the groupwise server from edir and then reinstall ds on the groupwise server. Everything went well except web access wont start. I believe it is a certificate issue but I am not sure. I ran pkidiag and it found a fixed a couple issues but this does not fix the web access. Thanks for your help
