Problem with GWise WebAccess
Hi,
Running on SLES10 SP2 and GWise 7.03 HP1. The WebAccess has been working great and then this morning I get an erorr message: "Cannot communicate with the WebAccess Agent". The Web Status for the gateway says it is open and is communicating with the Domain etc. but I guess the agent is not working.
Went to the console and tried to bring it up but it failed...
Anything I can do first before finally restarting the server? The server also hosts the GWIA and both gateways are on this server which also hosts the secondary domain...
GWIA is fine...
