820A/C081 errors on POA

Greetings -

Since GW8SP1 (I was in the beta program), occasionally my PO agents experience some 820A/C081 errors. I am combining these together because they seem to be related. Here is a log snippet of the errors:

08:25:40 824 The database facility reported error [820A] on ngwguard.db
08:26:06 536 The database facility reported error [820A] on msg123.db
08:26:06 536 Error: Too many files open [820A]
08:26:06 536 Error Processing Message: [820A]
08:31:36 680 The database facility reported error [820A] on msg49.db
08:31:36 680 Error: Too many files open [820A]
08:31:36 680 Error Processing Message: [820A]
08:36:58 136 MTP: Error scanning directory [820A]: /mnt/gw/gw/gw2-po/wpcsin/0
08:37:06 136 MTP: Error scanning directory [820A]: /mnt/gw/gw/gw2-po/wpcsin/0
08:37:18 272 Error: Missing BLOB file on add/modify [C081] User:TGRESSAN (TGRESSAN)

I have already changed some kernel parameters as follows:

(/etc/sysctl.conf)
fs.file-max = 64000

(/etc/security/limits.conf)
* soft nofile 16384
* hard nofile 65536

And I can confirm these changes have taken place:
gw2:~ # cat /proc/sys/fs/file-max
64000
gw2:~ # cat /proc/sys/fs/file-nr
1856 0 64000

The only way to resolve these errors is to restart the POA.

Has anyone else experienced these error messages? Thanks for passing along any details you have.
