The database facility reported error [C057] on msg0.db

I am at a customer site and started seeing a couple of error messages this past weekend.

I have an incident open with NTS but we are getting nowhere and the customer does not have a recent backup of these two db's. Their most current backup is from last Thursday. Attached is one of the gwcheck's from this weekend.

System Info:

OES2 3 Node Cluster / GroupWise 8.01

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
