Missing Email
Hi all, I have a GW801 system running on NW65SP7/6. This was recently
upgraded from GW703. The system comprises 1 primary domain with 2 POs and 2
secondary domains each with 1 PO. The upgrade of the last domain was done
after the server had been down for 4 days (office relocation). No errors
were seen during the whole upgrade process.
It seems that now email that was addressed to the last upgraded domain
during the period that the server was down, is missing. New email is flowing
fine and I can see through the gwia and mta logs that messages were trying
to be routed to this last domain but I can't find where these emails could
have gone. Any help in recovering these messages is greatly appreciated. TIA
