GW8, 2008 Server, Documents monitoring problem

good morning

following situation:

- Windows 2008 SP1 Server 64bit
- Office 2007, Adobe Reader 9
- Groupwise 8.0.0
- terminalserver
- Citrix xenapp 5.0

We not use DMS with integration, but import different documents in to groupwise, After upgrading clients from gw7.3 to gw8.0, we reciev the following error opening documents (xls, pdf, doc) :

GroupWise-Error

GroupWise can not monitor "programpath excel.exe" and give it back to bibliothek.

With gw7... it was running fine?
any idees
