Features Missing in 8.0.1

Users are complaining about critical features missing after upgrade from Ver 7, which include:

1) Calendar Appointments set which included the sender plus other users used to result in the sender getting Appt in inbox, which then had to be confirmed. Is there a way to get this back in Ver 8.0.1?

2) Some users are missing the option when replying to a message to select "Reply to Sender" or "Reply to All". How can they get this back?

For #2. I discovered that you have to customize that toolbar. Right click on it and then choose customize and go to actions: You can add the Reply with the dropdown arrow and Forward with drop down arrow and then delete the plain Reply and Forward that you already had on the toolbar.
