Cannot see appointment details in busy search

I have a user who (when using GW7 client) was able to view appointment details in the results of a busy search to accounts she has read and write proxy access to. Now that the user is on GW8.0.1 client, the user no longer sees the details of the appointment in the results of a busy search. Is this a bug or is this by design in GW8 client?

Please advise.
