We have run into a couple of GWIA issues and have opened a SR on item 1 as email to executives has bounced and caused an uproar. Can dupe at will.
1) User sends an email to an external user with internal users CC. External user replies to all then internal user replies and cuts and pastes CC: users to To: or vise versa and replies to all. The cut and paste would not honor internet addressing and would send out with user.po.domain format then the external user's reply will bounce. (we use Sophos for spam and only accept
user@salud.unm.edu) If the sender drags and drops from CC: to To:, the process works correctly.
2) smtp will not relay to external addresses.
