LDAP synchronization only returns older users

Hi all,

I'm not sure if this thread belongs here or in the eDirectory forum, so I apologize in advance if I'm posting incorrectly.

We are subscribed to an anti-spam ASP which allows us to import users into their portal from our GroupWise post office using LDAP. However, the query consistently returns only older users - no users from the past two years or so. It seems that somewhere along the line something changed, and it is unable to retrieve users created after that point.

We are stumped. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
