POs won't upgrade from 7 to 8

I did the DB recovery from the POA console screen. The POs are being updated now. We must have had some issues with the domain not completing some clean-up items. After waiting close to an hour or so, the POs started updating.

I guess I wasn't patient enough, but did not see any reference to how long the domain may take to upgrade.

The POs are only taking a minutes or so to upgrade the db.
