Upgrading from 7.02 to GW 8

Can I just download gw801_full_nlmwin_en.zip and upgrade straight to SP1 or
do I have to first run the gw800_full_nlmwin_en.exe and then run the 8.01
patch?

Seems like in the past I can just go straight to the latest release, it's a
full install I believe, right?
